Dear Luang Prabang, There is a little confusion. Your message was sent to the list used by the people that write the Poolte software that is used by many projects, including Koha) to perform translation. The Pootle developers do not administer every Poolte server that is used by other projects. Pootle should be capable of hosting Lao translation.
