Hi,

I find the language management in 2.5.1.1 very fuzzy. I'll try and explain what happened to me.

As admin, I added a two language, es_ES and es_MX, and added both of them to my project. I removed 'es' from the project. Now, I see the new languages in the overview of the project (Projects -> <project name> -> Administrate). The old language is not there any longer. So far, so good. But this is where it gets confusing.

Having exported 'es', I want to import it into 'es_MX' and 'es_ES', so I click on 'es_MX'. In the header, it normally says '<language> / <project>', e.g. 'Spanish / My project', but now it says 'All languages / <project>'. Wondering why, I clicked the caret at 'All languages' to get the dropdown list. What do I see? My new language 'es_MX' is not there! The old language 'es' is still though. I went back to the language administration, updated against templates, logged out, closed my browser, restarted it, cleared the cache, but whatever I try, the dropdown list doesnt change a single bit.

But now I see, that 'es' is used in another project. Why is it still visible in this project? Let's try with another language which is certainly _not_ used somewhere else. Result: exactly the same (which is: the new language doesn't show up in the dropdown).

Pls sort this out in 2.6. The request is simple: only show those languages that are used in the project that I selected. The way it is now is fat too confusing.

With best regards,

Edwin Boersma
