OK. I got the above. The size of this edit box can be changed at wiki - My 
preferences - Editing.

The above is a mess. If you switch on editing toolbar, that appears at the 
place where this checkbox is appearing, and the checkbox is gone. Even then it 
is in effect, and I am left in Wiki's hindi typing mode and there is no 
checkbox appearing that I can click off to go to english mode. 

I don't know where such feedback can be provided so that they can correct it. 
Hope someone would guide me or would forward it to them.
