Please make users also aware of the standard MediaWiki translations that can be done at translatewiki.net. For the usability initiative we are keeping statistics (updated irregularly at request - just updated) at http://translatewiki.net/wiki/User:GerardM/usability-stats. Translation for the usability extensions is available as a meta group[1], and messages of the Vector skin are inside the core MediaWiki message group[2]. Users need translator rights before they can contribute. A "How to get started" guide is at [3] Cheers!
