Hi Vincent, There used to be requests for those translations at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Translation_requests/WMF/Home and others. However, they seem to be temporarily disabled and are going to be replaced using http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Translate.
