The text of the newsletter is now final. This week's MediaWiki version was rolled back because of an account creation bug, which always creates a certain amount of chaos and uncertainty. Because of this, one item has been moved to next week's issue, one new item has been added and one item has been rephrased. There shouldn't be any more changes and we ought to be able to translate safely.
