I assumed that while the page had been marked for translation, the checkbox "do 
not mark as outdated" near the changed translation unit had been checked by 
mistake. So I tried to do a false edit with marking the page for translation 
twice. It should have fixed the problem, but at first it didn't. Then I 
"fuzzied" two units in different translations manually, and now I can see that 
it somehow finally triggered the FuzzyBot, so now the translation completion 
displays correctly.
