I'm not an expert on their rules, but I believe that Azerbaijani would not be a valid task, because Google Translate supports that language.[1] However, a language such as Wolof would be acceptable, if a Wolof-speaking mentor could be found.
[1] Yes, I know that machine translation produces bad UI translations. That's exactly why they disallow translation tasks for which machine translation is available. They permitted it some years ago, and they had a lot of kids who copied and pasted text without any modification from machine translation software, and then thought they were "finished".
