As you may have heard from Wikimedia-l or the Wikimedia Blog <https://wikimediafoundation.org/2019/05/23/wikimedia-foundation-petitions-the-european-court-of-human-rights-to-lift-the-block-of-wikipedia-in-turkey/>, the Wikimedia Foundation has filed a petition with the European Court of Human Rights seeking to remove the block of Wikipedia in Turkey.
