Bug description:
When you choose the catalan language in Hardy 8.04 accents are written
displaced, e.g.: pr`oxim, rather than pròxim.
Solution: change in /etc/default/locale the message
LANG="ca_ES.UTF-8@valencia" for LANG="ca_ES.UTF-8"
