@patrick oliviero - Thanks i know this is bug in all languages, but they say this is not bug. Finally someone confirmed this.

Error is maybe in: language-pack-kde-cs or language-pack-kde-cs-base EDIT: Was next 3 language updates and 50% of system is still in English, but i have set Czech language. Its a bug because all in Dolphin is Czech but on Plasma desktop is all in English, the same like Dolphin move file with mouse and dialogue to Copy/Move/Cancel is in Czech but on Desktop it is in English. IT'S a BUG please fix it!
