For instance, the month "me" is "mE" and "jen" is "jEn". I believe it is all letter "e" in the month names that are capitalized. Also, some (if not all) letter "r" is capitalized, as in "avRil". I have edited the /usr/share/i18n/locales/ht_HT file and regenerates locales to work around this, but would like to submit my edits so that the package is updated. I am not sure how to do that though.
