Title:
  No Valencian support

Status in language-pack-ca-base package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1)
Description: Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (development branch)
  Release: 22.04
  2)
  language-pack-ca: 1:22.04+20220131
  3) What you expected to happen
Select the Catalan (Valencian) Language as default
  4) What happened instead
I can not found the Catalan (Valencian) Language.

I use systemsettings5 and only found the
  /var/lib/locales/supported.d/ca file.

Possible solution (no tested, no developer):
  - Add a /var/lib/locales/supported.d/ca@valencia file with content

  ca_ES.UTF-8@valencia UTF-8

  - Remove this line from the /var/lib/locales/supported.d/ca file
