  locale order of date not correct in lock screen

Bug description:
  1)lsb_release -rd
  Description:  Ubuntu Kinetic Kudu (development branch)
  Release:      22.10

  2)apt-cache policy locale-package-el
  language-pack-el:
    Installed: 1:22.10+20220827
    Candidate: 1:22.10+20220827
    Version table:
   *** 1:22.10+20220827 500
          500 http://gr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu kinetic/main amd64 Packages
          500 http://gr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu kinetic/main i386 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

  3)in lock screen it is expected to have: 
  day(weekday)-number(day of month)-month e.g. Friday 2 September (in greek 
Παρασκευή 2 Σεπτεμβρίου)

  4)instead we see: day-month-number e.g. Friday September 2 (Παρασκευή
  Σεπτεμβρίου 2)
