Hi Guys, I am trying to get a grip with what this MTL is? Who calls it up? Who would ask for it? Do in need to implement it? I believe that it is to do with the 2 wire U interface on an NT-1 and ANSI T1-601 (which I haven't found yet either) but that's about it.
I have just rejoined TREG so don't have any history/archive to fall back on. I searched the RCIC website but found nothing. I tried Whatis.com and drew a blank. I'm running out of ideas. Can anyone help me out please?
