Not so fast.

As we speak, FCC Part 15 Class B certification process with package
submittal to the
FCC including FCC ID on the label and check on $845 is the only way to
US market for
PCs and PC peripherals.

ET 96-208 (ET 95-19) will be alternative 60 days AFTER being published
in Federal
Register, NOT BEFORE. You can download ET 96-208 (47 pages) from the
FCC's web
site where you can find new label requirements. New self-authorization
process with new
labeling requirements will be applicable ONLY to unintentional radiators
- PCs and PC
peripherals.

Talked to the FCC.The Label for FCC Part 15 / Class B has been changed.
The ID number was dropped.
The document you need is :Report and Order, FCC 96-208,
Docket # 95-19.
