Many thanks, and enjoy your day,

Cape Town

No need for a special letter to reply. Responding is simple. Please

1 WITHIN THE ORIGINAL EMAIL IN EUDORA ITSELF
Just click the response icon (which looks like a U-turn road sign)
or else go under the "Message" menu and click "Reply"
(then the text is repeated automatically).

2 mark your comments next to the appropriate sentence(s) or points

3 if appropriate, trigger a callback(s) so the client knows it's now working
(remembering that South African time is 9 hours in front of Seattle)
(and please let us know if you've done this or not)

4 add your name so we know who has been kind enough to assist us

5 and email back to usŠ

Thanks in advance for your help, and for your reply by e-mail rather than
by fax.

:-)
