Loop Dialling function Analogue Networks worldwide

     Hi everyone
     
     Is there anyone out there who can give me guidance on which 
     countries still practically require analog PSTN products to pulse 
     dial.  I'm not talking so much about approval requirements but 
     more about whether the network accdepts tone dialling 100% (or 
     even 95%!).  I'm intersted in all countries.
