John, I sent a response regarding Australia back on 5 Jul however did not include a percentage. Probably (only an estimate and not substantiated by carriers) about 10 - 15% still only accept pulse however I would have thought of more concern is the type of area ie as I explained below all major cities have tone capability plus most regional centers of reasonable size. Therefore only some of the smaller rural towns throughout Australia are restricted to pulse.
