Ok I think we ALL got the message (about 6 times) !

The fact that Basic Rate Access from Telstra in Australia is 
changing over to ETSI compliant NT1's means that TS013 will 
become obsolete and that there are a good many labs who will 
be able to test for the Australian market in the future.

Telstra is launching an ETSI Basic Access Product, to be 
called "OnRamp" in addition to its existing Non ETSI Basic 
Access product, which is called "Microlink".   Microlink is 
expected to co-exist until at least the year 2000.

OnRamp is due for commercial launch in September 1996.  
There are also trials of the product commencing within the 
next few weeks.
