Ah, I can see that this topic is getting set to resume the debates of years past, when the merits of K.21 were compared to Part 68, with the question of which was the more severe, being muddied by the fact that the equipment had to function after the ITU surge, but could fail gracefully after Part 68. What goes around, comes around.
