Dear TREGers: My understanding of the requirements in Singapore for connection to the PSTN (voiceband) is that a 600 ohm resistive reference impedance is to be used (return loss test, etc.). However, I have a customer who wants to test with two 22uF capacitors included in his reference impedance. Am I correct?
