By Golly, this forum should be able to provide you with enough confusing
propaganda
to keep you busy for a year or so.

There is no quick answer to your question.  You mention the things you want and
every
better PBX provider will give you that.  Hence, those are not determining
characteristics.

In some the features are provided in such a way that you are locked in and
cannot progress
to newer features and technologies over the next few years, others anticipate
advancements
and leave room for new stuff.

Some have a reliable track record, others provide no follow-up service.

Only if your consultant can sit down with you and discuss these issues to find
out what
really are the determining factors for you and how much extra you are willing to
pay for
those determining factors, can you hope to get an answer that will help you.
