Basically, there is no need to be registered or JATE certified to conduct testing for a JATE approval. Even the manufacturer can do the testing. Now, the most difficult thing is the submission and the difference between the information written in JATE testing guidebooks and their true requirements ! I could tell you (much) more if you're interested !!!
A few names ? Testmark Labs, Inchcape in the US, Certelecom in Canada. And, of course, INCOM for the submission at JATE ! Regards, Akihiro Sakuma Compliance Engineer Incom Ltd.
