Hello TREG'ers, We have an opportunity for a regulatory person at Natural MicroSystems. This position is focused on compliance testing activities for analog and digital telco approvals. Experience in EMC/Safety/ Telco physical and protocol compliance testing is required. The position involves approximately 15% international and domestic travel. The position requires the ability to create schedules, test plans, set up test dates for product conformance testing, as well as setting up and configuring the unit prior to testing. The ability to troubleshoot any problems that might arise, and effectively understand, define, and present the problem back to the design groups is extremely important. Also important is the ability to work with administrative staff to maintain regulatory folders for approval certificates, test reports, and specifications.
Specific Expertise Required BS EE/CE or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience. Requires Experience in international Telco approvals including familiarity with international regulatory specifications and approvals testing experience. Software or hardware design experience is a plus. Specific Job Duties Understand international regulations. Perform and support compliance laboratory testing activities at Telco labs throughout the world. Create and maintain internal and customer-oriented product compliance documentation.
