Jeff,

AUSTEL does not accept CB Scheme reports, but rather, TS 001 instead 
which is based on AS/NZS 3260.  One of the main differences is the 
operating voltage, Europe is 220 Vac, but Australia is 240 Vac.  Inchcape 
Testing has been AUSTEL Accredited for some time now, and does a good 
job.  They also have labs in many locations around North America and the 
world.
