(Please ignore the non-member introduction. I am a Treg member
and have been for some time; I just cannot find a subscription
name that matches the header put on my mail at my gate.)
I too have a question on encryption. I understand that ANY
encryption used in France must be notified to the ministere d-
essence which deals with national security. Am I correct?
Can anyone advise me on the requirements for using encryption
through Europe? Key limits, obligations to notify, prohibitions,
etc?
