The IEC 950 Amd 4 has been published.
The Reinforced insulation needs to be three layers. Supplementary
insulation can be two layers.

In my copy of the draft Amendment 4, dated August 1995, the "two
layer" option is still there for supplementary insulation in section
2.9.4.2.
BTW, treggers, is there any word on Amendment 4 being formally adopted
for EN 60950? I am not clear about the present status.
