I am looking for standards for test procedures for DS1 and DS3 interfaces. I am referring to something analogous to ETSI's TBR12 and TBR13 for E1 and TBR24 for E3, that is, a test procedure that is done to show compliance with the relevant interface standards, since the interface standards themselves, e.g. G.703, G.824, TR-499, T1.102, etc. are not TEST procedures.
I suspect that either the interexchange carriers (Sprint, ATT, etc) or the local exchange companies might have test procedures that they would use for qualifying a product prior to purchase.
