Canada's CS-03, Issue 7.    There is currently no Protocol testing 
required for ISDN in the US and Canada, but of course one should 
take a good look anyway :)

On a related note, does anyone have their ear closer to the ground
regarding when the Type B surges(which I lovingly refer to as
"not >quite< so hazardous voltages")  will become part of Part 68?
Does anyone have tricks up their sleeve for how the might modify their
telecom circuits to survive Type B surges? Take out the fuse, for
example, and use PTC resistors?  Other Thoughts?
