For your information : CSN 36 90 60 (Old Czech safety std. based upon IEC 950:1986) CSN 33 40 00 (Czech std. for over voltage protection) CSN 33 40 00 is very similar to CCITT K.21 but differs in the method of earth connection during the tests. Also as far as I am aware there are no accredited labs for Radio/Telecom type testing outside of the Czech Republic, I will confirm this though.
