I tried to pull this one with a firm I once worked for.
Situation Base product CISPR22 compliant good margin 20dB, 100%
confident. An enhancement board was produced and caused a CISPR22
non_compliance by quite a bit lots of confidence in that too. Since
marketing were only planning to sell less than 20% of the enhanced
version we tried to use the 80/20 rule. After all we were 100%
confident that 80% of the production was compliant and equally confident
that 20% was failing by 20dB.
