I would say that the only additional additional standards that would be
necessary would be EMI (i.e., FCC Part 15 for the U.S.) for each country.

However, if you wanted to sell your product to a U.S. telco such as GTE or
a Bell company, they would probably also want some testing to Bellcore
standards such as GR-1089-CORE and GR-63-CORE. (Some parts obviously
wouldn't apply to the PC board, such as the earthquake testing in
GR-63-CORE <g>!)
