Does the People's Republic of China have limits and permit procedures for unlicensed, low-power, short range, intentional radiators similar to that allowed by FCC part 15? If so, can someone specify the standard or regulation, the agency responsible for issuing the permit, and the limits specified for devices operating under 10 MHz?
