Hello TREG'ers,

As you know, TREG will soon be moving to the East coast under the able
management of Jon Curtis. The official hand-over date is presently set for
April 1. He and I are working out the transition, and it will hopefully
be transparent to you. After April 1 there will be a different address
for posting to TREG, and a new, simpler method for changing your listed
address or adding new ones.

One of the first things we are doing is coordinating the lists used by
the old and new TREG listservers. This process shouldn't take long, but
it will be very helpful if you will hold off sending any correction
notifications for the next week, and ask any of your colleagues who
might want to join to also hold off on sending their request to me for
at least one week. This will simplify the list coordination process.

The rationale for this change is simply work load management on my part.
TREG has succeeded in becoming very popular, with around 320 members to
date. I don't have access to a fully automated list server, but Jon
does, and he was willing, able, and the first to volunteer! I am very
pleased that Jon is taking over, and I believe TREG will continue to thrive.

Thank you all for your support!
