I am looking for a telephone dialer to automate the overseas callback process. Please do you have any ideas who manufactures these things or where I can get one. I really need one which is legal to attach to the South African government run telephone monopoly Telkom. That means South African government approval. But even if you were kind enough to let me know who manufactures or sells them or even just where to get dialers, I can contact them myself to see if they sell Telkom approved dialers. Thanks.
