Could someone please give me some information on what Structured E1 and Unstructured E1 are? My engineers have never heard these terms, so we do not know whether we utilize Stuctured or Unstructured E1. Does anyone know what the basic requirements are for CTR 12 & 13? Where can I get copies of these? Are they accepted by all countries in Europe? Where can we get certification testing performed? Any other information would be extremely helpful!
