Filiz, if your modem design is based on ONE board type 
where you create different variations then for Part 15 you 
can test for "worst case".  For Part 68 you would need to
exercise any of the parts of the modem that would affect
the network.  So if you had say - five or six different variations 
that populated the board differently , some delta testing
would be needed.

If you have different designs on different boards etc etc
then you would most likely need to test each product.

You also might want to consult with your local lab
and present to them some samples,pcbs and schematics
and review the design differences to see where you can
file as family/design deviations.

Hi,

I have a question:

What the FCC's take on part 15 and part 68 testing and
approvals for a modem? Specifically I am interested in knowing if we have
to retest all of our designs, or show one and document the others.
