Hello All, I am looking for Bellcore1089 lightning and surge test equipment so that I can do some pre-compliance testing on a modem front end. Does anyone know of a source where I might rent or even purchase some of this equipment? In addition, has anyone passed these tests without supplemental protection devices on the input lines?
