I don't know if this will satisfy your need in New Zealand, but if you have one or a few distributors, customers, etc. each of them can apply for an approval in their name based on the test report which you would supply to NZ Telecom for their files. All you need to do is write them an authorization letter which they present to NZ Telecom with their application. It's a purely administrative and very painless procedure.
