Actually, the ISDN approvals that I am familiar with (USA, Canada & Japan)
don't _require_ a product to do both 56kbps & 64kbps on the B-channels --
that is left up to the manufacturer.  However, since it is still quite
likely that either speed could be necessary in a "real life" connection, I
think it would be wise to support both.
