If the equipment connects to a data port: (1) it must not harm the network (Part 68/CS03)
(2) if lightning strikes or a power cable falls on the telephone cable, while
the
toy is connected to the network, the toy shall not electrocute the kid
holding
the toy (CSA950/UL1950)
