I was underwhelmed by the understanding and sensitivity of the sender of the original advisement and wouldn't be surprised if his/her organization is blacklisted in all Directorates. It'll be a long time before they get their next interview. My comments were directed at that original sender and if somehow by quoting only part of your message I created the impression that I was accusing you of having send the original message, I apologize.
