I am writing to inform you of a conference event taking place in London on the 
above dates.  The entire event is labelled as "Clarifying & Developing Your 
Business Approach To Achieve Rapid Telecom's Approvals & Testing 1997" and is 
organised by IIR Ltd in association with BABT and ourselves (Genesys).   There 
are three main events taking place during the period as follows:

1.      20th May 1997:  Genesys Pre-Conference Workshop 
        Successfully Gaining Product Approvals And Certification in Europe
This interactive and participative tutorial/workshop is being run by Genesys 
and will provide a coherent approach to all aspects of European "approval" for 
telecom equipment.   Type Approvals will be dealt with at a national and 
pan-European level,   the EMC, LVD and other relevant directives will also be 
covered in detail.  The emphasis will be on practical solutions to dealing 
with type approval and product compliance issues.

This two day conference is focussed on providing practical information on

beyond.
