Scott, 

 Several years ago, I too went to great length to 
compile an accurate list of voltage ranges, 
frequencies and cadences.  But I too have since 
moved on, and left that info. behind.  I really 
wish I could have helped.  Remember to include 
the impedance at ringing frequencies, I seem to 
recall that these test parameters didn't always 
fall within the same range as the ring detect, 
or vise-versa.
