What do you consider a consultant? What kind information does this person have for his/her clients? Does this consultant perform actions to obtain approvals for her/his clients? Telefication can produce test reports for several countries. Telefiaction has also the ability to offer a service that can help her clients to obtain approvals in other countries. This service is called Approval Liaison Service, and the person to perform this service, that would be me, is called the Liaison Engineer.
