Is there any easier way to download CS-03. I found over 20 files
to compile.

TITLE 47 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, PART 68
We have located FCC Part 68 on the web, at the Governments Printing
Office Web Site in Adobe File Format. When you arrive at this URL, you
will have to search on "68", and select Title 47 in the search form.
The steps in finding this URL took me several hours, as most of the US
Governments Search Engines do not have it indexed.
INDUSTRY CANADA CS-03
We have also located Industry Canada's CS-03 Issue 8 on the web in Word
Perfect Format.
