thank you for that source of information. I always knew the CIA served a purpose. Does it tell you that in the days of the Raj, British officers would get three years pension for each year served in Bombay, to compensate for the terrible climate. Years later, independent research showed that the Washington DC climate was much worse than the Bombay climate. This is food for thought. Ciao, Vic
