FYI, If you go to the old AUSTEL web site (www.AUSTEL.GOV.AU) , it now shows up as ACA (Australian Communication Authority).
If you scroll down to http://WWW.AUSTEL.GOV.AU/spectrum/comply/radcom/frameset.htm, you will find a new "Telecommunications Labelling (Customer Equipment and Customer Cabling) Notice 1997" that commences on 1 July 1997. I'm going through it now, but I did notice a new version of the old C-tick label. It also shows lists of applicable standards, compliance levels....etc. Happy reading.
