Hi Filiz, Joe is wright. In most European countries there is an impedance limitation. Designing the impedance as high as possible meets most of the national reqirements. (exeption: Germany, upper limit 20k) In Austria the ac current may not exceed 3mA at 60Vrms/50Hz. You should also use a capacitor with less than 470nF (370nF in Spain) for all countries.
